1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order via the Discount Till Rolls website, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy
2.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is unused and remains in its original, resalable condition.
2.2. The Customer must notify Discount Till Rolls prior to returning any goods.
2.3. Discount Till Rolls reserves the right to refuse any return or apply a restocking fee if returned products do not meet the conditions set out in clause 2.1. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to incorrect orders.
2.4. For reasons of health and safety, opened food packaging cannot be returned or refunded.
2.5. The Customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of incorrectly ordered goods. A returns collection service is available at a charge of €12 plus VAT per parcel.

3. Delivery
3.1. Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is provided free of charge.
3.2. For international orders, delivery charges will apply. Customers must confirm delivery pricing prior to placing an international order.
3.3. If an order is placed incorrectly, the Customer remains responsible for the original outbound shipping cost of €8 per parcel.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
4.1. All prices are listed in Euro and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied at the prevailing rate.
4.2. Discount Till Rolls reserves the right to correct any technical or pricing errors on its website or on any order.
4.3. Title to the goods shall remain with Discount Till Rolls until full payment has been received. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
4.4. Credit/Debit card payments are processed immediately. All card details are secured using 128-bit encryption.
4.5. Credit accounts are subject to a minimum order value of €50 + VAT.

5. Price Guarantee
On products explicitly marked with a Price Guarantee, if the Customer finds an identical product available online at a lower total price (including all packaging and shipping charges) within 7 days of purchase, Discount Till Rolls will refund 150% of the price difference. The Customer must provide evidence of the lower total price for validation.

6. Back Orders
While a wide range of products is maintained in stock, should an item be unavailable, the Customer will be notified promptly with an estimated delivery date. The Customer may then choose to cancel the order or proceed with a backorder.

7. Privacy and Data Security
Discount Till Rolls is committed to protecting customer privacy. Personal information is never sold to third parties. Delivery contact details (including phone number and email address) may be shared with courier service providers solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof on the DiscountTillRolls.ie website are the intellectual property of Discount Till Rolls Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Limited copying for the purpose of placing an order is permitted.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them or the Customer’s use of the website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
