Product Ownership

We retain ownership of any products until full payment has been received. Upon delivery, the risk of the products will transfer to you.

Our Returns Policy

  1. We accept returns of till rolls within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the product is in a resalable condition and has not been opened or used in any way. Please notify us prior to initiating a return.
  2. Delivery is complimentary. If the wrong product was ordered or goods were ordered incorrectly, the original shipping cost of €8 per parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. For returns of incorrect products, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Returns collection is available at a cost of €12 + VAT per parcel.
  4. To be eligible for a return, all products must be in a resalable condition and must not have been opened or used.
  5. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to impose a restocking fee if the returned products do not meet these conditions.
  7. A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders that were placed incorrectly.
  8. For health and safety reasons, opened food packaging cannot be returned or refunded.
