By placing an order on-line you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
Shopping at Discount Till Rolls either on-line or by phone is for the sale and delivery of goods within Ireland.
Paypal accept all major credit cards in payment of goods.

International Orders
International Orders must confirm before ordering Price of Delivery. Free delivery is only in Ireland (North & South).

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please take care to order the right type of paper rolls for your equipment to avoid unnecessary shipping / return costs.
All prices are in Euro/GBP and Exclude VAT (currently 21.5%).
Back Order
We stock nearly all the items shown on the web site, but should the item be out of stock when ordered you will be advised immediately,and told when delivery will be expected to be made.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
Returns
Ownership
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products. However, risk of the products will pass to you upon delivery
Our Returns Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
Delivery is free, but returns will have to pay €8 Delivery per 30kg parcel in cases were you have ordering incorrectly.
